Police Reports

Our Administrative Secretary is responsible for the maintenance and storage of all police reports, criminal records, motor vehicle crash reports, and all incident reports. 

The Police Records window is located in the lobby of the Medford Lakes Police Department at 1 Cabin Circle Drive, Medford Lakes, NJ 08055.  You may request records Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM.  The records window is closed on weekends and all major holidays.  It is recommended that you call ahead to assure that the information you are seeking is available.  Most police reports require at a minimum 7 days for processing.  Our Administrative Secretary, Dena Rosario, may be contacted at (609) 654-2156 or at drosario@medfordlakespolice.org

Discovery Requests

Discovery requests made by individuals, attorney offices, and insurance companies must be made in writing and mailed to: Medford Lakes Police Department, 1 Cabin Circle Drive, Medford Lakes, NJ 08055, Attn: Records.

Requests may also be faxed to (609) 953-8811.

Motor Vehicle Crash Reports

Motor Vehicle Crash Reports may be acquired by using www.crashdocs.org.   Please refer to the www.crashdocs.org card which was provided.  Once you reach the website, select NJ and Medford Lakes Police Department.  Your police report should be entered as follows:  2021-XXXXX (four digit year-four/five digit case number).
