MLPD No Shave November

Post date: Dec 16, 2020 5:06:34 PM

For the month of November, Officers from the Medford Lakes Police Department participated in our 1st No Shave November. Our officers put down the razors and raised money for the Ana Williams Family Fund. Ana was a loving wife and mother of 8 from Medford Lakes. After a courageous battle for almost two years, Ana lost her battle with stage 4 lung cancer on September 20, 2020. November is Lung Cancer awareness month. Anyone can get lung cancer and 20% of all cases are unrelated to smoking. Ana was part of the 20% as she did not smoke. Please consider donating to this cause to support this local Medford Lakes family.

On December 16, 2020 the Medford Lakes Police Department teamed up with Orest Kindrachuck and Bob Kelly of the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni Association. The Flyers Alumni Association donated $3,000.00 to the Williams Family Fund on behalf of the MLPD No Shave November fundraiser. We were honored to be a part of this worthy cause to help out this great Laker family. It’s still not too late to donate!

Donations can be made via PayPal http://PayPal.me/williamsfamilyfund
