On June 27,
2017 at 8:06 P.M., patrols from the Medford Lakes Police Department conducted a
motor vehicle stop of a silver Jeep on Stokes Road for a speeding
violation. The driver, identified as
Matthew P. Giordano of Vineland, was found to have an active criminal warrant
out of Vineland. Giordano was taken into
custody and was found to be in possession of heroin. Giordano was charged with possession of a
controlled dangerous substance, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, and various
traffic offenses. Giordano was processed
and released on a summons complaint pending a court appearance at Burlington
County Superior Court. Vineland Police authorized Giordano be released on his own recognizance (ROR) in reference to his criminal warrant. |
